3. Booking and Payment
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.
• Payment Terms: Payment details, including amounts and due dates, will be specified in the individual service agreement.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the service agreement.
4. Image Rights and Usage
• Photographer’s Rights: All images remain the intellectual property of Jan Schick Photography unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Client Usage: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use. Commercial usage requires prior written consent.
• Third-Party Usage: Clients may not sell or distribute images to third parties without explicit permission.
5. Liability
• Service Delivery: We strive to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
• Image Storage: While we take measures to back up images, we recommend clients store their images safely upon delivery.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zug, Switzerland.
